Welcome to my blog about my journey for living.

I have endured the loss of my two sons. My aim is to mourn naturally, without the aid of medication. We possess immense strength, and crucially, the capability to forge our own well-being. Accompany me on this journey to discover the possibilities.

When we go through any trauma or crisis, unfortunately, we forget about ourselves. My intention is to inform and coach you how we can heal ourselves. To live a productive life after loss and grief. Looking inside ourselves is the key and so many tools are available to us. Remember, healing is a personal journey, and each individual’s path is unique. By combining self-awareness, therapeutic tools, and community support, we can navigate grief and emerge stronger.

Mindfulness and Meditation: This helps to stay present, manage distressing emotions, and find moments of peace. Mindfulness techniques can include deep breathing, body scans, and guided meditation.

Visualization Exercises: Guided visualizations that allow to connect with loved ones, revisit positive memories, or imagine a peaceful place. Visualization can provide comfort and a sense of connection.

Creative Therapy: Art and play offer a serene and tranquil experience, functioning similarly to journaling.

Guided Discussions: Engage in open conversations about the loss, memories, and feelings. Active listening and empathetic responses create a safe space for one to share experiences.

Honoring the Loss: Acknowledge the impact and significance. When you move on and start living, you are not dishonoring your loved ones.

Healing is a personal journey, and each individual’s path is distinct. By integrating self-awareness, therapeutic tools, and community support, we can traverse the landscape of grief and come out stronger. Grief is a personal and unique experience, with each person coping in their own way. As your coach, I will offer support, validate emotions, and assist in finding your path to healing and acceptance.
